Jamaican cuisine is delicious and fresh. The fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat and even seafood is all locally grown or sourced.  Jamaica is known for its tasty jerk-seasoned dishes like jerk-chicken. Ackee and salt fish is a traditional meal that you should definitely try. The real problem will be trying to leave with your summer body still intact!

Jamaica is known for bobsledding and at Mystic Mountains you can bobsled down the mountain just like the movie, Cool Runnings. Jamaica is a great place to go snorkeling and scuba diving. You can also get amazing pictures of your adventure by getting a disposable underwater camera.
